Returns and Refunds FAQ
Due to Extra Cost for Return shipping on our customer part . Customers need not return Purchased items. If items are damaged, defective, incomplete packing these orders qualify for refund. An Item can be considered for return when they meet our criteria for items for refund.
What are the criteria for items for Return or Exchange:
What about Item Replacement?
If items delivered meet one of these criteria or condition then customers are eligible or may choose an item replacement. Same item or same priced item to be shipped to there respective shipping address. Customer no need for item return.
How do I apply for a refund?
When Delivered Customer Items meet any of the above criteria or condition. Then Customers are eligible for refunds of his or hers purchase. Store will issue full refund. All customer need is to provide photographic evidence of items condition.
Customers need to provide said photographic evidence of items condition. Please provide as high a quality of package and item image for verification. Photograph should be taken within or not more than 48 hours since the receiving of item(s) in question.
How can I get my Refund from my purchase?
Refunds will be issued same as the mode of payment used by customer(s). Store will issue refund(s) when customer concerns are given and customers give or provide the appropriate evidence (Photographic Documentation) about there orders. When reviewed and looked at then store will issue customer refund.
Note* No Photographic or video evidence No Refund.

How Long For Refunds to Be Issued?
After checking of evidence and if evidence is satisfactory store will immediately issue refund to customer. Please Wait at least 2-3 days for funds to be released.
